Waterbody –

We provide a high-quality slurry that will hold up against 3 & 4 to 1 slopes, which is necessary when applying in water body areas; this is usually a high erosion are when first disturbed from earth moving machinery. We provide Green Armor Matting, JUTE Matting, Erosion Control Matting, and Flexterra Matting. Flexterra is cost efficient, environment and animal friendly, non-toxic, and can set in a hour.

Windmill Farms –

We are a large and well organized company, which allows us to provide for all of our customer’s needs. Windmill Farms are typically 100’s of acres – big or spread out – with a variable amount of windmills on them. They are sitting on a large pad that sometimes requires hydroseed. It is usually a very rocky mixture of clay and shell, which requires more prep time to germinate in a timely manner.

We work for various pipeline companies and contractors; these job account are some of our biggest jobs. We wear FR suits and PPE on these jobs, always. In addition, we have had zero call back job to date, which is a huge compliment to us in this industry.

Oil and Gas:

Like oil lines, gas lines are very delicate. They require a high level of safety due to the potential danger associated with them. Our safety protocols ensure the job site maintains a safe atmosphere. Due to the weight of the machine, we must be very careful and be particular on how we shoot from our hose so that we do not hit a line. FR and PPE is also a must in combination with specific rules and guidelines to ensure everyone is safe and the job is completed successfully.

Mission 22:

Philanthropy and giving back is something dear to us. We support Mission 22, a non-profit organization that supports the prevention of the 22 veterans a day that commit suicide, by donating 3% of every job.

Hydroseeding Works

The key to the effectiveness of Hydroseeding is the mulch that acts as the growth medium for the seed. When the right mulch is applied at appropriate rates, the mulch provides moisture retention for faster germination, insulation from temperature extremes to prevent seed dormancy, and protection from erosion.

Hydroseeding is a process where seed and any combination of fertilizer, lime, moisture retention, tackifiers, and other additives are combined with a water and a hydroseeding mulch to form a slurry that is sprayed onto the ground to establish vegetation and control erosion quickly.

Hydroseeding Benefits

Hydroseediing advantages over conventional seeding:

  • Quicker, more uniform germination
  • Reduced costs 100% Biodegradable
  • Superior erosion control

Any grass or ground cover that can be planted by seed can be Hydroseeded. This includes sun or shade lawn seed, field mixes, pasture mixes, native grasses, wildflowers, roadside mixes and erosion control mixes.

Hydroseeding Savings!

Another reason to consider hydroseeding is the savings. A typical hydroseeding application of liquid sod can save you 50% more than if you use traditional sod. That’s quite a savings! As an alternative to dry seeding, this method promotes quick germination of the grass seed and also helps prevent soil erosion. Since the hydroseeding mulch is moist, it helps support the seed and seedlings. There’s a reason that hydroseeding has become so popular! Let us show you the difference.

Types of Hydroseed Mulch

There are several different types of hydroseeding mulches available today and the selection is constantly growing. Each type of the mulches has its place, whether it is tacking straw, low/premium cost lawn establishment, slope stabilization, and local availability usually are the driving factors in choosing the ideal Hydroseeding mulch. Check out a list of some of the more common Hydroseeding mulches on the market today.

  • Paper Mulch
  • Wood Fiber Mulch
  • Wood/Paper Blend Mulch
  • Erosion Control Mulch – BFM’s, FRM’s, EFM’s, SMM’s, etc.
  • Alternate Daily Cover – Used on the working face of landfills

Game-Changing Advantages with ProGanics

  • ProMatrix
  • Flexterra

Several construction sites have depleted soils with low organic matter that require more than just fertilizer and other amendments to establish vegetation. Placing costly imported topsoil over depleted soils has historically been the preferred option to establish vegetation. Using ProGanics in place on challenging and difficult to access sites will not only save money and time, but will also provide a growing medium that helps establish vegetation.

Erosion Control

Erosion control is the process of preventing soil particles from being dislodged. Erosion control can keep soil disturbances on site to a minimum, lessening the need for extensive soil re-working and to minimize the need to maintain sediment control.

The Most Effective Erosion Control Available.

Flexterra represents the next generation in Flexible Growth and is proven to surpass the originals outstanding performance.

Flexterra Delivers:

  • The highest germination and growth establishment
  • Greater than 100% erosion control effectiveness
  • 100% bio-gradable
  • Greater safety for even the most sensitive environment being non-toxic
  • NEAR-PERFECT erosion control and denser vegetation while protecting the natural environment.
